BODYSPECIFIC Massage
Targeted to work on an area of the body that can quickly relieve muscle tension, this can help to clear toxins (that can cause us to feel lethargic and sometimes unwell) calming the whole body and releasing an overloaded mind.

BODYSPECIFIC Aromatherapy
Essential oils are also blended in the massage medium (carrier oil which is used to massage the body) this is an added benefit to status of the body and mind.

BODYSPECIFIC with Reflexology can deeply relax and rebalance how you feel.
